The terms and conditions stipulated below will apply to all sales of products and/or services provided by us to you, the customer. Upon purchasing you are in agreement to the terms and conditions stated herewith. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Eklutna Trading 9cc, trading as Havoc Turbos, is a business in the automotive industry that retails aftermarket turbochargers and turbocharger components.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day and delivery confirmed by way of a dispatch notification. We also allow collection should you wish to do so. For detailed information regarding our shipping policy please see our Shipping page.
International Orders
We accept international orders and ship worldwide via FedEx. You are responsible for all customs taxes, duties, administration, agent fees, and any other clearance fees required by your destination country. Please see our Shipping page for full details.

Customer Privacy Policy
Eklutna Trading 9cc shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Placing an order with us warrants that the information you provide to us when making an order for our products and/or services is accurate, without error, and is not misleading in any way. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, instant EFT, buy-now-pay-later instalments, or by bank transfer into the company bank account, the details of which are published on our Payments page and provided on request. Payment processing fees are not refundable when orders are cancelled or returned for refund, where accepted.
Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions will be acquired for Eklutna Trading 9cc via Yoco, Stitch, Payflex, PayJustNow or other merchant providers who are approved payment gateways for all South African Acquiring Banks. Our payment partners use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website. Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details for delivery will be stored by Eklutna Trading 9cc separately from card details, which are entered by the client on our payment partners' secure payment pages.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Eklutna Trading 9cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile

Ownership
Ownership of goods only passes hands once all monies owed are paid in full and all items, including exchange parts or items as agreed upon as part of the sale conditions, owed to Eklutna Trading 9cc are returned to us in the condition which was agreed to, regardless of medium.

All digital or printed information, including pamphlets, specifications, images of products, dimensions, descriptions and illustrations, guides and information, price lists and other advertising or descriptive material are understood to be an illustration of the products and services described in them. The information contained within all publications, print, online or other medium, is subject to change without prior notice.
Technical specifications are approximations unless otherwise stated. It is the customer's duty to ensure the part is suitable for its application. Please check with your mechanic.
Fitment and Servicing
All turbochargers must be installed by a qualified mechanic, and all CHRA work and servicing must be carried out by a qualified turbo technician. Failure to comply will void the warranty.
Quotations & Prices
Unless otherwise stipulated, all quotations, whether written or verbal, are valid only for 24 hours from the date of publication. We reserve the right to alter or adjust prices of the products and/or services quoted, in any medium, at any time without notification, to take into account any increase in our costs (including but not limited to the cost of materials, labour, transport or other overheads, any tax, duty or variation in exchange rates).
